Tiffany is our Salon Coordinator and the definition of a team player. Her value of knowledge and education inspires us all here at Solutions Bridal and she has been a vital addition to our team. She is fun, encouraging and extremely hard working. Below she has answered a few questions so that we can share more about her with all of you.
How do you define success:?
“[Being] your authentic self, setting your own standards, reaching the place of joy, peace, and happiness, as well as having the self-reliance to be a producer as well as a consumer.”
When you were growing up, who did you look up to? What motivated you and how did that shift as you got older?
“The women in my family showed great strength and showed me there is no struggle to be endured without progress on the other side. Every day I grow to be a better version of myself. I am the role model that I want girls and women to aspire [to.] That means being open to showing my successes as well as my areas of development and growth. As I grow older I have come to the realization that when you work hard you should play even harder.”
What do you want to pass down to future children or those younger than you?
“If I had a daughter one day I would want her to understand she is her own competition. Because comparison is the thief of joy and we should celebrate other women, not compare ourselves to them. If I had a son, I would teach him that he is such a precious jewel and a king and all women are queens, so treat them as such.”
When asked which female designer, social media influencer, or prominent figure Tiffany looked up to, she said:
“Anyone courageous enough to act in the face of fear. Anyone who stands up for their beliefs even when they have to stand alone. Someone that does the right thing for the right reason and encourages others to follow their heart.”
