The Solutions Bridal Appointment Experience is designed to capture the beauty and individuality that is within every single bride. Our knowledgable stylists are here to ensure the highest level of service and provide an amazing selection of designer wedding gowns and accessories. We value bride centered service about all and aim to make each bride feel like the most beautiful version of herself. During your appointment experience, you can expect to be wowed by the helpfulness and warmth of our staff. Each stylist brings something new, different and fresh to the team, helping us relate to any kind of bride. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our staff and offered a complimentary beverage. Your stylist will sit down to get to know you, where we discover who you are as a person and as a bride. When you find your dress, we pop champagne and celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime moment that you will never forget!
With your stylist keeping in touch, you are able to track the progress of your dress and accessories every step along the way. This experience is much more than finding your dress—it is about creating your entire look and having a team of support behind you every step of the way.
We are open seven days a week and we are a full-service salon that offers custom changes and an in-house seamstress. We want to make the process as simple as possible for you, it should be a joyful experience.
Below are some Frequently Asked Questions you can get to know us a little better:
What is your price range? Our wedding dress collection ranges from $1,600 to $12,000. We seek out unique, designer gowns not available in every city. Only a 60% deposit is needed to place your wedding dress into production.
What sizes do you carry? We carry a wide range of sample sizes from Model size 2 to a Bridal 20. Most of our samples are about a size 12.
How many people should I bring? While shopping for your wedding gown, fewer opinions can make the experience more enjoyable for the bride. We recommend bringing one to three positive friends or relatives with you. It’s okay to be selective with who you decide to bring. We do offer Dress Reveal parties to bring guests in after you order your dress.
What should I bring to my appointment? You may bring any heirloom pieces you are planning on wearing on your wedding day to be able to match your look. Your Bridal Stylist can pin your hair to show you a variety of ways your wedding dress may be styled. We will provide all undergarments and shoes. We invite you to bring inspiration pictures to show your vision If you are a Pinterest fan (like us.) Pictures help us fully understand the look that you are going for.
Will I need more than one appointment to find my dress? Most brides find their wedding dress during the first visit. Don’t be afraid to fall in love with one of the first wedding dresses you try on, it happens often. You can never recreate the moment you find your dress. Just like finding love, it can happen when you least expect it! If there is someone you wish to show the dress to, we offer Dress Reveal Parties while your dress is in production.
When should I order my wedding dress? It is never too early to order your wedding dress and bridal accessories. Some wedding dresses can take up to nine months, but this just speaks to their quality and attention to detail. Almost every piece in our inventory is available for purchase without special order. This allows us to accommodate short engagements, we have assisted brides getting married in two days to three years. Since there are so many decisions in the wedding planning process, we recommend ordering your dress when you find it. There will always be that wonder of what else is out there, but it’s a moment you can only have once.
Do you have accessories to try on with the wedding dresses? Yes! As part of your appointment experience, your stylist will dress you in head-to-toe accessories that compliment your wedding dress. We will even pin your hair up to show you the many looks you have available with your dream gown. Our accessories collection includes: jewelry, hairpieces, lingerie, and garters.
Can I request a certain dress for my appointment? We do offer a concierge service to locate a particular style from our designers and can have it sent in for the appointment. Most requests do require at least a three to four week notice and a $50 reservation fee. The $50 reservation fee can be transferred to as a credit to any wedding dress selected. For Rivini wedding dresses, the reservation is $450 due to shipping from Canada.
Do you have a seamstress? We do have an in house seamstress, Lorena Barazza, who works on our premises. She is a separate company and still a separate cost, but the Solutions Bridal team is a part of that process with you. We get to advocate for our brides throughout the fitting
